We are primarily a telehealth practice.
Telehealth has been shown to draw the same impact and results as traditional face-to-face therapy.
Research has found teletherapy is just as, if not more, effective than traditional therapy.
Benefits of teletherapy include: greater flexibility as sessions can be done conveniently without the need for travel, greater privacy because it can be completed within the privacy of your home or other private and comfortable space, and ensure you receive the support you need without compromising your health, well-being, or safety!
All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet capability and a strong internet connection.
During your initial consultation, we can discuss whether or not teletherapy is a good fit.
If you are interested or have any questions about teletherapy let us know here
if you are unable to make your routine scheduled appointment we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows the opportunity to reschedule your appointment and to work in patients without a current appointment.
• There is a full fee charge for cancellations made LESS than 24 hours before the appointment.
• A ‘No-Show’ is defined as a patient’s failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
We are primarily a private pay or fee-for-service practice.
Payment is due before your therapy session begins.
